Hatvan, June 12, 2023 – In the Green Bus Program Demonstration Pilot Project of HUMDA Ltd., a Mercedes-Benz eCitaro bus will transport employees of Rosenberger Ltd. in suburban and regional transportation from June 9 to 13.”

Our electric bus has been successfully tested in suburban and regional transportation

The electric bus is primarily being tested for suburban and regional transportation, specifically in the transportation of employees.

Detailed technical specifications and equipment
Motor: 2 electric wheel hub motors: 2 x 125 kW peak power and 2 x 485 Nm torque (manufactured by ZF)
Batterys: 6 high-voltage battery packs; each with a capacity of 98.1 kWh, NMC3 type – total nominal capacity of 590 kWh and usable capacity of 468 kWh. Charging port: CCS Type 2 charging connector on the right side.
Nominal voltage: 665 V for high-voltage batteries, 400 V for the network after the inverter. (24 V for the low-voltage service network)
Front suspension: ZF 82 RL EC – independent suspension, with a load capacity of 8 tons; equipped with 315/60 R22.5 M+S tires with reinforced sidewalls.
Rear suspension: ZF AVE 130 – portal axle arrangement, equipped with 275/70 R22.5 M+S tires with reinforced sidewalls.
Steering: ZF – electrically driven pump with intelligent power steering assist.
Passenger capacity: 31+1 seating capacity, 43 standing capacity / 1 wheelchair space / 2 foldable seats on the platform.
Safety features: ABS, ASR, emergency brake assist (BAS); electronic stability program (ESP), roll and pitch damping (WNR); system to prevent excessive steering in tight turns; emergency brake, tire pressure monitoring on the dashboard.
Active-preventive collision avoidance system and pedestrian detection system, cruise control.
Body and interior: Light gray metallic paint, foldable ramp at the 2nd door, tinted windows with 4 side sliding windows, heated windshield; rain and light sensor.
Electropneumatic level control with kneeling function. Inward-opening, double-winged, electrically operated passenger doors; LED interior lighting, boarding indicators, emergency release inside and outside; 13 USB connectors in the passenger area.
Driver’s seat: Air-suspended, adjustable, heated, ventilated, with lumbar support and foldable armrests. Mercedes-Benz driver’s compartment separated by a door with half-height glass. Brake pad wear indicator on the dashboard, radio.
Air conditioning: CO2 refrigerant – automatic climate control with pre-temperature setting, separate air conditioning system for the driver’s compartment, extra roof insulation.
Equipment: LED headlights, fog lights, and daytime running lights.
Passenger information: 3 external LED matrix displays, TFT monitor in the passenger area
